Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sanskriti Naturals, we offer natural wellness and food products such as hair oils, herbal teas, amla products, and plant-based powders. We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse
• Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation will not be possible

  Cancellation requests are accepted only through email communication.
  

2. Returns (Including Refunds)

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product is damaged, or
• Wrong product is delivered

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof (images/videos) may be required for verification

Return & Refund Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return pickup or guide you through the return process
• After we receive and examine the returned product, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• In case of approved returns, all shipping charges (including delivery and return shipping) will be fully borne by Sanskriti Naturals
• Customers will receive a full refund of the order amount, including any shipping charges paid during purchase

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Ready-to-consume food products such as:
  
  • Amla Sharbat
  • Lemon Chutney
  • Similar edible items

5. No Replacement Policy

• We do not offer product replacement
• Customers can place a new order if needed
